Health Ministries Network of Minnesota is a nonprofit, 501(c)3, interfaith organization committed to encouraging, supporting and developing whole-person ministries throughout Minnesota. We welcome people from adjoining states to be part of this network as affiliate members

  Best Practice Modules (What Are They?)

          Health Ministries Network of Minnesota has produced several best practice modules available to download and use in your health ministry practice.

          These modules: give some background information on various topic areas, offer examples of good ideas that others have used in this area, and provide a “tool kit” of resources such as screening tools, newsletter articles, web links, etc. Given the wealth of information and great ideas generated by people who work in this area, these modules will in no way be all inclusive or exhaustive in content, but they will give you a basic understanding of the subject matter.
